We spent a full week here and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The facility is excellent, and the location is fantastic. It’s close to the beach and conveniently located for getting just about anywhere, whether walking, biking, or driving. Local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and everything else we needed were easily accessible.What impressed us most was how well-equipped the property was. We’ve stayed at many resorts and vacation rentals over the years, and this was honestly one of the best-equipped places we’ve ever stayed. My family and I were very happy with our stay and we felt right at home! It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We had everything we needed just as described in the listing, but you will be surprised how well stocked the kitchen, garage and bathroom are. Ty and Olivia were absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, and the place itself was amazing. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.A huge shoutout to Ty and Olivia for going above and beyond to help us, especially on our first night after we arrived at our original Airbnb and found that it wasn’t livable. They were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation so much better.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again! Ty’s place was exactly as described. It was very clean and tidy. I thought the bed was so comfortable! We were just a few blocks from family which was wonderful. Ty’s place had everything we needed. The cottage was definitely cozy, accessible to the beach (5 minute walk), ice cream (10 minute walk), local restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was as expected, very clean and amenities were organized. Comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep and relaxing spaces inside and outside to enjoy the beach breeze and some down time. Nokomis Beach felt like a community, where locals make sure to catch the sunset, especially on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a drum circle.
